Zgodnie z art. 13 ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016) informuję, iż:

1. administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest SU-2 - Boards & Kites Marlit Mariusz Karażniewicz Sudwa 17, 11-015 Olsztynek, Poland
2. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu realizacji umowy - na podstawie Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.
3. odbiorcami Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą wyłącznie podmioty uprawnione do uzyskania danych osobowych, podmioty uczestniczące w realizacji zamówienia, lub biuro rachunkowe.
4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przechowywane będą w oparciu o uzasadniony interes realizowany przez administratora
5. posiada Pani/Pan prawo do żądania od administratora dostępu do danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania
6. ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego
7. podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, jednakże odmowa podania danych może skutkować odmową zawarcia umowy.

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws of the EU L 119 from 04/05/2016), I inform that:

1. the administrator of your personal data is SU-2 - Boards & Kites Marlit Mariusz Karażniewicz Sudwa 17, 11-015 Olsztynek, Poland
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract - pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016.
3. recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain data personal, entities involved in the implementation of the order, or an accounting office.
4. Your personal data will be stored based on a legitimate interest pursued by administrator
5. you have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify them, removal or limitation of processing
6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
7. providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusing to provide data may result in a refusal conclusion of the contract.
